National Day is Singapore independence day. There are fireworks and all kinds of lovely celebrations. However, I don't think we're doing any of them.
Went to Demsey Hill again for furniture shopping today. Bought dressers, side tables, and a bed end table. It was really funny because the people at the furniture shop we like starting waving at us as soon as we got out of the car. They remembered us. They also were very helpful because they knew we were going to buy something!
Had steak for an early dinner today. It was at this place called "California" which if you ask me is a bit weird. Then had Ben & Jerry's Phish Phood Ice Cream. I am not suffering here in the slightest.
